On the occasion of International Yoga Day 21 June 2018

Yoga for wellbeing of Body Mind and Spirit

We should have good health in order that we may achieve the four kind of purushartha-dharma, artha, kama and moksha (righteousness, wealth, desire and liberation). According to the Science of yoga, all physical disease take their origin in the disease of mind from an unhealthy state of mind. The western psychologists also corroborate this fact. They say that disease of the body are attributable to hatred, anger, worry, depression etc. which corrode the mind and react on the body and bring out the disease by destroying the cell of the body. As per charka Samhita–

“????????? ??????????? ??????? ????”

dharmartha Kamamokshanam arogyam moolam- Health is the best thing in the world.

To develop total Aarogya (i.e. wellbeing of Body, Mind and Spirit), one should be filled with positive energy and thoughts. The Supreme power, ruling the whole universe, known by various names and form is the source of everything. That supreme power is fountain of energy, positivity, eternal bliss, joy and spiritual powers and is hidden within us to make us alive.
